- Technical Know-How and Execution: All the processes are implemented as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and internationally certified manufacturing standards.
- cGMP: All the processes and activities are in total compliance with cGMP principles.
- Authentication of Documents: Retrieval, validation, and verification of data and documents of our processes and products; is guaranteed at all times due to organised compilation and preservation.
We are pledged to the compliance of all requirements as prescribed by national and international regulations. We firmly believe that our key to success is our QMS (Quality Management System) based on the cGMP requirements that ensure effective controls applied to our work processes.
Quality Assurance :
- All quality systems at Tirupati Wellness are based upon: ISO 22000:2005, NSF and cGMP standards.
- All the quality systems and SOPs such as change controls, deviations, customer complaint, CAPA, internal audit, product recall, management review and OO, etc. are in place.
- All equipments and utilities are qualified and process & cleaning validation activities are performed as per validation master plan.
- All finished products are released by QA head / designee.
- All raw material and packaging material is purchased from approved vendors.
Quality Control :
- Quality control is an independent unit and is responsible for carrying out the analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Key instruments utilised are HPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, flame photometer, LAF, BOD incubators, autoclave, colony counter, Gerber and pH meter, etc.
- All raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples and finished products are analysed as per approved specifications for chemical and microbiological parameters.
- Microbiological, chemical and HPLC analysis of all finish products is carried out in quality control laboratory.
